Please find below the Terms &amp; Conditions for some important parts of Hairspray Arena Show\u2019s ecosystem.<\/p>\n<h2>Ticketing Information<\/h2>\n<p>By purchasing from Hairspray Arena Show Company you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Tickets will only be issued upon full payment.<\/li>\n<li>There are no refunds on any ticket except as required by law.<\/li>\n<li>Every patron must have a valid ticket; the right of admission is reserved by the Box Office staff at the venue.<\/li>\n<li>Seniors prices are available with an Government-issued Seniors Card.<\/li>\n<li>Admittance to customers bearing tickets purchased at a discount price (Seniors, Concession, \u2018Under 35s\u2019) will only be upon production to Box Office staff of relevant ID on the night of the performance. Failure to produce appropriate ID may result in the patron being charged full price for their ticket.<\/li>\n<li>Latecomers will not be admitted until there is a convenient break in the program, if at all, and admission is at the discretion of the Box Office; refunds will not be issued to latecomers.<\/li>\n<li>Tickets may be exchanged, with a minimum of 24-hours of notice of either the performance being exchanged into or out of (whichever is the soonest) by calling the Box Office on 360-362-3857. Subscribers are entitled to one free exchange per show; all further exchanges, and those for non-subscription tickets, will incur a transaction fee of $5.<\/li>\n<li>Hairspray Arena Show reserves the right to vary advertised programs, to add, withdraw or substitute artists where necessary.<\/li>\n<li>Gift Certificates are valid for three years from the date of purchase.<\/li>\n<li>No recording devices of any kind are permitted in the auditorium.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Credit\/Gift Certificates<\/h2>\n<div class=\"accordion-content\">\n<div class=\"accordion-inner padding\">\n<ul>\n<li>Your Credit\/Gift Certificates must be used within 3 years from the date of the generation. This date will be found in the confirmation email you received when purchasing. Any remaining balance will not be refunded or credited upon expiry If you unable to find this information, please\u00a0contact our friendly Box Office\u00a0team for assistance.<\/li>\n<li>Credit\/Gift Certificates are non-refundable.<\/li>\n<li>Credit\/Gift Certificates cannot be redeemed for cash.<\/li>\n<li>Additional value cannot be added to an existing Gift Certificate; however, additional Gift Certificates may be purchased.<\/li>\n<li>When paying for an order and the total exceeds the amount of your Credit\/Gift Vouchers, you must pay for the remaining balance with another payment method (such as a debit or credit card) in order to complete the booking.<\/li>\n<li>You cannot use your Credit\/Gift Vouchers to make a donation however, you can make a donation alongside any transaction if you are paying with a Credit Voucher.<\/li>\n<li>Hairspray Arena Show Company does not accept any liability for lost or stolen Vouchers.<\/li>\n<li>If at any time you wish to learn more information about the redemption status of your Credit\/Gift Vouchers on your account, please\u00a0contact our friendly Box Office\u00a0team.<\/li>\n<li>Credit\/Gift Vouchers are not valid for redemption for food, beverage or retail items.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>About You\u2019ve found the fine print!
